About James At just 12 years of age, James embarked upon his singing career. Since then he has become one of the most popular singer/entertainers in the UK. With his unique soul style, James gives every song he sings his own personal mark. James has supported top acts through the UK and in 1990 moved out to Detroit, upon where he really refined his craft. Singing in blues and soul bars, nightclubs and was lucky enough to stand in on up and coming Motown stars sessions performing backing vocals. In 1991 James came back to the UK where he took his time and put together 'BND' a 3 point harmony soul band, within 12 months of performing together, were signed to the Sony label. They had huge success in Germany. James wanted to progress as a solo artist and since going solo has become one of the UK's top wedding and corporate singers with high demand for his musical style. James prides himself on his high quality performance, and it is with every performance James delivers his unique brand of soul. His repertoire ranges from mainly Soul and Motown, but also consists of Swing, modern popular music and many many more.
